Winter Water Use for new District customers and District customers
that do not have a current winter water use average, shall be based
on 5,250 gallons per month until such time that their actual average
winter water use can be determined.

Section I: WATER RATE STRUCTURE
A. Occupants and/or Owners of premises connected to the District
system shall pay for water drawn from the water system of the District
each month according to readings of the meters for the premises
as follows:
