Rate Schedule for St. Albans Customers
A. Occupants and/or owners of premises connected
to the St. Albans Water & Sewer Authority’s sewer system
shall pay for sewer services each month. Customers shall be billed
for sewer services based on actual monthly water or sewage meter
readings. Sewer service charges shall be computed and billed as
follows based on gallons of water or sewage metered:

Public Water Supply District #3 provides water and sewer services
for St. Albans. District service personnel are available 24/7 to
deal and solve any water or sewer leaks or other emergencies that
may arise. Office hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. If
an emergency occurs after hours, simply call the regular telephone
number 636-742-5200, when prompted, press 3 to reach an on-call
serviceman.
Reminder, Maintenance and Repairs of your Sewer Grinder Pumps in
St. Albans will be taken care of by the District. These pumps are
not homeowner maintained. If your grinder pump alarm goes off or
your pump does not work correctly, simply call the District office
to help. For a trouble free system and to prevent back-ups into
your drain lines or home, do not wash grease, oils and coffee grounds
down your sink drains. Dispose of those items in you solid waste
trash.
