Call the office phone at (636) 742-5200, Ext. 2 to speak to a front desk Clerk for assistance.

REPORTING AN EMERGENCY - After business Hours: 
Call the office phone at (636) 742-5200 and press 2. Our automated phone system will direct you to our Emergency On-Call Staff member who is designated to respond to after-hour emergencies.  You may also call (314) 238-6088 and leave a message, if applicable, and the On-Call Staff member will respond in the order emergency calls are received.  

Please Note: Emails received after hours, on weekends, or on Holidays will not be addressed until the next business day. 

Emergency Notifications:  PWSD #3 sends Emergency notifications to our customers via our automated telephone system. Please make sure your account has a current phone number listed in order to receive notifications. In addition, you may also sign up on our website to receive Alerts.
